Overview

The ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z890 HERO BTF is a high-end ATX motherboard that supports Intel Core Ultra Processors (Series 2) in the LGA1851 socket and is powered by the Intel Z890 chipset. It supports Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 and 3.0 and has four DDR5 DIMM slots that can accommodate up to 256GB of memory at rates of 9200+MT/s (OC). The ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z890 HERO BTF Motherboard features dual-channel architecture, Intel XMP, DIMM Flex, NitroPath DRAM Technology, and ASUS Enhanced Memory Profile III (AEMP III), allowing for better memory tuning. An HDMI 2.1 port and two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C interfaces offer resolutions of up to 8K@60Hz and improved bandwidth. The expansion has one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 4.0 slots that can accommodate multiple high-speed devices. Storage includes six M.2 slots and four SATA 6Gb/s connectors, as well as support for PCIe and SATA RAID. The ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z890 HERO BTF LGA1851 ATX Motherboard features Intel 2.5Gb and Realtek 5Gb Ethernet ports with ASUS LANGuard, as well as 2x2 Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
